The Declaration EAC and the Certificate EAC
in conformity with the technical regulation TR CU of the EurAsEC Customs Union are EAC certification documents issued by independent organizations. Such organizations perform their function through laboratories accredited to the public agencies in charge of the supervision of metrology and standardization in the countries of the EAC Custom Union, joining at the moment the certification system : Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kirghistan.The EurAsian Conformity mark is a certification mark to indicate that the products conform to all technical regulations of the Eurasian Customs Union.
Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) TR 037/2016 (RoHS) certification mandatory from March 1, 2020
"Technical Regulations Restricting the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electronic and Electrical Products" (EAEU TR 037/2016) came into effect. EAEU TR 037/2916 limits the content of the following six substances in electrical and electronic products: 1. Lead 2. Cadmium 3. Mercury 4. Hexavalent chromium 5. Polybrominated biphenyls 6. Polybrominated diphenyl ethers.
EAEU TR 037/2016 will be used in:

3. Electronic musical instrument
4. Power tools
5. Blogging and vending machines
6. Household equipment
7.IT equipment
8.Cable Products
9. Mass-produced and imported products

Manufacturers who are about to export the above-mentioned products to 5 member states must obtain ROHS DOC in addition to EAC certification before March 1, 2020 in order to enter the local market. To obtain EAEU certificate of conformity, please contact us for a quote.
Russian FSS notification
(Federal Security Service notification) is the notice obligatory for the registration of programs or hardware devices used for enciphering and as a means of cryptography according to the section 2.19 of the Uniform inventory, to which a ban or restrictions on import or export by member states of the Customs Union within the Eurasian Economic Community in trade with the third countries are applied. The FSS notification is necessary for various computers and computing equipment with encryption functions (cryptography).
Ukrainian UkrSEPRO Certificates
The UkrSEPRO certificate proves conformity of products with standards and technical rules which are demanded by the government of Ukraine.There are products which are liable to the mandatory certification. It is not possible to export and distribute them without the Certificate in system UkrSepro.
